I can't imagine my daily morning tea routine without Awaken. The taste is terrific. I'm hooked.
We love our morning harmoni. I feel like I’m giving myself something much more beneficial than coffee, and I don’t have that midday crash. We put a little bit of honey with it, sometimes cacao when we are craving. We use it like a tea, only adding a dash of milk at the end. Have it everyday.
Awaken gives me sych clarity and energy. I have it everyday and if I miss it, I feel the difference in my day.

I love the Awaken and Rise. I Mix them both in the morning as a ritual over warm coconut milk. It keeps me going allday. Which is exactly what I need being a single mum that doesn't have time for the midday crash. If im on my bleed ill just double up on the rise to get the chocolatey goodness of the Cocao. For someone that has lived on coffee her whole life being a Barista, It got to the point of me noticing my anxiety was through the roof, i had the shakes, I was irritable and was all over the place and couldn't focus. This has given me a new sense of life. Awaken - You can have it black if you run out milk or a dash of coconut cream to add the creaminess. And you dont get the bitter mushroom taste. It has a rich coffee taste with earthy, sweet molasses-like undertones and a nice level of bitterness. Lovely iced with milk or with warm milk and honey!

Surprisingly delicious! The powder dissolves beautifully in a little hot water, even has a slight cremma, for a little mushroom shot that I then top off with steamed oat milk. Gives a nice gentle energy buzz
