Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons of RISE

• 3/4 cup of hot (not boiling) water

• Milk of your choice

Instructions:

1. Add 2 teaspoons of me to a cup.

2. Pour in 3/4 cup of hot water.

3. Stir well.

4. Top up with your favorite milk, and enjoy.

RISE LATTE

Craving something a little creamier? Let me help.

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons of RISE

• Milk of your choice

Instructions:

In the blender:

1. Heat your milk to the desired temperature.

2. Pour it into a blender with 2 teaspoons of me.

3. Blend for 5-10 seconds.

Using a milk frother:

1. Add your milk and 2 teaspoons of me to a milk frother.

2. Turn it on and froth to perfection.

3. Pour into your mug and enjoy.

ICED RISE

When the weather’s warm and you need to cool down, I’m just as refreshing!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of milk

• 2 teaspoons of RISE

• Sweetener of choice

• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Add 1 cup of milk, 2 teaspoons of me, and your sweetener to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour over ice or blend with the ice for a frappe-style treat.

RISE BULLET-PROOF

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of hot water

• 2 teaspoons of RISE

• 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter

• Optional: 1 tablespoon of MCT oil

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
