I absolutely loved it! The flavor is amazing, and it makes me feel fantastic. I’ve been a mate drinker since childhood, but I occasionally enjoy coffee. The downside with coffee, though, was the energy spike followed by a sudden crash. With Rise, I feel a steady flow of energy, just like when I drink mate. Plus, the taste is wonderful, and I really appreciate the added benefits of cacao, guarana, and maca—it’s definitely a new crush!

I have been drinking espresso my entire adult life, working as a chef it was normal to have at least 4 shots of espresso before lunch time. Rise energy brew gives my the boost I need in the mornings without the crash, it works with my hormones instead of against them and I’m feeling 100% better for it. I've been looking for a yerba mate based product for a while because I love the gentle lift it gives. I drink plain yerba mate in the morning, but mid afteroon Harmoni is the PERFECT pick up. I get a rise in energy without it impacting my sleep, and get the chocolate hit from the cacao in one. While knowing my hormones and adrenals are supported from the maca. Definitely worth trying if you're on the fence...do it!
